Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 21                   
"An Act relating to child visitation rights of grandparents and other          
persons who are not the parents of the child."   Without objection,            
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 21 was referred to the Rules Committee.
